After visiting several houses with Hector Quintero, we decided to go with a new construction in Pine Hill Farm Luxury Estates in Milford, PA. We closed on the land on August 7, 2025 and are awaiting the closing for the construction loan. Hector kept in touch via texts, emails and phone calls. Admittedly I am not the easiest client to appease as my requirements were very specific. I wanted a property with 20 + acres setup for a farmstead.
